About This Film

(1929): This sequel to The Three Musketeers tells the story of King Louis XIV of France and his secret twin brother, who was separated at birth by the late Cardinal Richelieu's treachery. The aging musketeers—D'Artagnan, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis—reunite for one final adventure to save the true king and foil the scheme of Count de Rochefort, who plans to replace him with his embittered twin.
