The Snake People
The Snake People (1971)(also known as The Isle of the Snake People): A new captain arrives at a remote island to investigate its lawlessness and the local voodoo cult run by an evil priest (played by Boris Karloff). He attempts to save the wealthy plantation owner's niece from being sacrificed to the cult's bizarre, zombie-creating rituals.
