The Snow Man
The Snow Man (1933): This is most likely a reference to the classic Fleischer Studios animated short, in which Betty Boop must save the day when a grumpy mountain hermit kidnaps her snowman and his newly-created snow-woman from a winter landscape. Betty Boop must brave the cold and a runaway sled to retrieve the snow figures from the hermit's icy lair.
