The Medicine Man
The Medicine Man (1930): A traveling salesman for a bogus medicine show, played by Jack Benny in an early role, arrives in a small town and gets involved with the abused son and daughter of a mean-spirited shopkeeper. The charismatic huckster uses his wit to help the siblings escape their cruel father and find a happier future.
