The Sphinx (1933) A newspaper reporter attempts to unravel the mysterious case of a man who appears to commit suicide in a room locked from the inside, only to reappear alive soon after. The reporter suspects a sinister conspiracy involving a secret society and a killer known only as "The Sphinx.
